Barman show

Desde que en 1988 Tom Cruise popularizara el cocktail y los malabares con botellas, este espectaculo ha ido en aumento anualmente. Los puristas y más clasicos barman, dirán que esto no sirve más que para agitar el líquido y malmeterlo haciendole perder muchas de sus cualides. El público en cambio, agradece los shows. Yo doy parte de razón a los dos bandos y realizo pocos malabares con las botellas, pero siempre se escapa alguno que otro para impresionar (fardar, vacilar, chulear o llamenle como ustedes prefieran) a la clientela.
Se realizan concursos casi a diario de manera oficial por todo el mundo. Aquí teneis el calendario.
Para personas que se quieran iniciar, se producen botellas de un tipo de plastico, que emula al material de cualquier botella de cristal para poder practicar, sin realizar un estropicio monumental. bueno yo llevo 10 años en esto de la mixologia y no se llaman malabares "ojo" se llama flair...que lo hago por 3 años y me falta mucho para llegar a donde estan los moustros del flair.pero lo realmente importante es primero ser un buen barman y despues empezar a aprender flair por que sino serias un simple malabarista de semaforo pero con botellas....y si quieres aprender bien yo recomiendo comprarse los videos de entrenamiento de cristian delpeche que es considerado el mejor fliarbartender del mundo (bueno entre en y rodrigo su hermano se pelean el titulo), en estos videos ellos te enseñandesde lo basico hasta rutinas simples para despues seguir perfeccionando, los encuentras en barproducts.com y de paso ahi tambien hay todo lo necesario para hacer flair ( botellas flairco, cocteleras, shakers, videos, etc).
